In 2015, Danny Deng brought his new dinning brand “Top Cap Steakhouse” to Shin Kong Mitsukoshi’s Taipei Xinyi Place A4. It is Danny Deng’s first restaurant operating in a department store. Considering the demand in Xinyi business district, the restaurant is open until midnight. Top Cap Steakhouse uses updated steak grilling techniques to enhance the taste and texture of “USDA Prime 28-Day Dry & Wet-Aged Porterhouse Steaks,” calling them “Manhattan-style steaks.” The name of the restaurant embodies the Master of Steaks’ ideal of cooking for gourmets, as Top Cap Steakhouse offers high quality and keeps polishing its grilling techniques, which bring its steak cuisine to the next level.
